This week’s “On the Record” segment has health care at the top of the agenda as Chamber president Paul Guzzi discusses the likelihood that Massachusetts will get $2 billion less in Medicaid funding over the next three years.

Guzzi says it is just speculation at this point, but if it were to happen, the state would suffer a real fiscal nightmare.

He also discusses how Massport and the Mass Highway authority may come to the aide of the MBTA and the Massachusetts Turnpike Authority.
