Thank you to everyone who attended the Annual Meeting & Dinner

Thank you for making the 102nd Annual Meeting and Dinner such a successful and memorable evening. At more than 1,700 attendees, it was also the largest in the Chamber's history.

More than 1,700 Chamber members were
in attendance, making it the largest
Annual Meeting in the Chamber's history.
In the words of our keynote speaker David McCullough, "Boston is one of the most wonderful cities in the world....and so many people worked so hard together, and with great leadership, to make that happen."

For more than 100 years, the Greater Boston Chamber and its members have dedicated themselves to the success of our city and our region. And perhaps no family personifies that goal better than our 2011 Distinguished Bostonians - the Kraft family.

Pulitzer Prize-winning author and historian
David McCullough was the evening's
keynote speaker.
On behalf of the Chamber, I would like to express my gratitude to all of our sponsors and the Annual Meeting Host Committee, especially our event co-chairs Jack Connors and Karen Kaplan. A special thank you to our presenting  sponsors Bank of America, State Street Corporation, and Suffolk Construction Co

Pictures from throughout the evening are available for download on the Chamber's online photo album. The Boston Globe's Bill Brett was also on-hand, and his photos are now featured on boston.com.

The support of members like you has helped us launch innovative leadership programs that will help develop a new generation of leaders. We invite you to learn more about the core programs that comprise the Chamber's Leadership Initiative.
The Kraft Family became the first family
to be inducted into the Academy
of
Distinguished Bostonians.
Finally, to borrow another phrase from David McCullough, "On we go!" On we go in the fight for a competitive business environment to create more jobs, in education reform to strengthen our long-term economic growth, and in the fight for health care access and lowering health care costs. The Greater Boston Chamber will always be a strong advocate for our members.

We hope to see you again in the near future. Our spring lineup of events features some impressive speakers, including:
Annual Meeting co-chairs Jack Connors
and Karen Kaplan welcomed all of our attendees.
For a complete list of upcoming programs, visit our events calendar on bostonchamber.com, or sign up to receive e-mail updates from the Chamber.

Sincerely,

Paul Guzzi
President & CEO
