Governor Patrick addresses the Chamber

This morning Governor Deval Patrick addressed the Chamber's Government Affairs Forum. In front of 500 Chamber members at the Westin Copley Place Boston, Governor Patrick discussed all the work that the Administration is doing to bring the Commonwealth out of this economic crisis. He also unveiled his plan to boost economic growth by supporting small businesses and creating jobs. In his plan, Governor Patrick has proposed a tax credit for small businesses, a $40 million Growth Capital Fund, action to hold down health insurance premiums for small businesses, freezing unemployment insurance rates at the 2009 rate, and more.
